Bridging Studies are designed to "bridge" the gap between varied efficacies and outcomes of drugs among different populations. Usually the population difference is ethnicity, but it may also simply be geographical location. ShujuMetrics has expertise in designing bridging studies especially in Chinese populations. In most cases bridging studies are phase I studies designed to test the pharmacodynamics of a particular new drug agent to make sure that there are no ethnocentric differences in drug response among different ethnic populations. At ShujuMetrics we have bilingual (Chinese and English) recruiters, clinical monitors, data managers, and project managers plus access to Chinese populations within the NJ/NY metropolitan area. We can help you define, set-up, recruit subjects and run your bridging study quickly and at a cost less than other CROs.
